ARCHITECTURE & THE BUILT ENVIRONMENT

Strategic ROI-led website copywriting for interior design agency Styled.

Delivering complex residential renovations, hospitality schemes and developer projects across the region, Styled is led by founder Natasha, whose blend of hospitality experience, commercial awareness and design intuition shapes spaces that work beautifully for real life.

THE SCOPE

  • Website copywriting

  • Messaging development

  • Tone of voice refinement

  • Service structure and positioning

  • Collaborative creative direction

The brief

Styled was in a pivotal transition. Natasha had recently invested in a matured visual identity and was increasingly working on higher‑value, multi‑phase projects, but her website still spoke in the language of general interior design. Services were blurred, audiences were mixed, and the consultant‑led, ROI‑aware nature of her work wasn’t coming through.

The challenge was to create a website that felt confident, purposeful and commercially credible, without losing the warmth and accessibility that make Styled so trusted by clients. The copy needed to clarify her positioning across residential, hospitality and developer work, set realistic expectations around investment, and articulate the strategic value of design in a way that resonated with both emotional and commercially minded clients.

The work

Sharpening the strategic core

Through a detailed discovery process, we surfaced the real story of Styled: a design studio that blends creative instinct with business intelligence. This became the foundation for clearer, more confident positioning that reflects Natasha’s consultant‑led approach and her ability to guide clients through complex decisions, budgets and trade‑offs

a more navigable structure

Styled’s previous service menu had grown organically, making it difficult for clients to understand what was available and at what level. We restructured Natasha’s offering into three distinct pillars — Residential, Hospitality and Design Consultation — each with its own purpose, audience and commercial framing.

Working closely with designer Adam Lee Blythe, we refined page flows, recommended new sections where clarity was needed, and shaped content to fit the site’s existing layout while still serving the strategy.

a tone of voice to match the studio

We shaped a tone that is calm, confident and commercially grounded. The language avoids lifestyle clichés and instead leans into clarity, practicality and strategic value, mirroring how Natasha works with clients day‑to‑day. It acknowledges the emotional weight of home renovations and the operational realities of hospitality and developer projects, without ever becoming fluffy or overly technical.

a case study led portfolio

To help Styled demonstrate the breadth and depth of its work, we established a repeatable case study structure focused on decision‑making, complexity and ROI — not just aesthetics. This gives Natasha a long‑term framework for showcasing projects across residential, hospitality and developer sectors with consistency and impact.

The difference

Styled now has a website that reflects the sophistication of the studio — clear, confident and commercially credible. The new messaging positions Natasha as a strategic design partner, giving her a platform that clearly reflects the calibre of her work.

Ellie has a real talent for taking ideas, values and messages and transforming them into clear, engaging and authentic copy.

She quickly understood my business, my audience, and the tone I wanted to achieve, creating content that aligned with my brand while elevating it to a more professional and polished level.
